03 Description of Services


Mali Advocates provides specialist legal support in pension protection matters in Thailand. Our current service offerings are:

Pension Position Review — ฿4,600

A thorough review of a client's pension documents and entitlements, resulting in a written summary of the position and available options.

Appeals & Correspondence Support — ฿9,400

Preparation of formal submissions, management of written correspondence, and representation in communications with pension bodies.

Complete Pension Protection Service — ฿18,000

Full case management from initial assessment through to resolution, including formal representation and ongoing liaison with relevant funds and authorities.

Services are available to persons with pension matters connected to Thailand. Specific scope and deliverables for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work commences.

04 User Responsibilities


When using this Website or engaging our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or entering into an engagement.
  • Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning.

06 Payment Terms


Fees for services are as listed on our website and confirmed in any engagement letter we issue. All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿).

  • A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in the engagement letter.
  • Payment methods and timing will be set out in your engagement letter.
  • Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the stage of work completed at the time of request.

07 Service Delivery Terms


Mali Advocates will carry out all services with reasonable professional skill and care. Please note:

  • Timelines for pension matters depend partly on the responsiveness of third parties — pension funds, government bodies, and regulators — and cannot always be forecast with precision.
  • We will keep you informed of progress and any developments that affect the scope or timeline of your matter.
  • Any significant change in scope will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Either party may bring a service engagement to a close by providing reasonable written notice. Upon termination:

  • Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will remain payable.
  • We will return your documents promptly and maintain confidentiality obligations.
  • Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12 General Provisions


  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us on their subject matter.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person without our written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use our Website or Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.
